FOREST GLEN INN OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
DECEMBER NEWSLETTER
ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
At the Annual General Membership Meeting held on November 12th, Jane Allen, Robert Morton and Stephen Lynch were elected to three-year terms. The 2012 Budget as well as year-to-date expenses versus 2011 Budget were presented. The Association is experiencing Fuel oil increases as well as increases in other areas such as property taxes for 2012. This situation combined with reduced income in interest and unit sales will result in the need for a very modest 4% increase in fees. Your Board of Directors and Inn staff are reviewing daily opportunities to save the Association money without sacrificing quality.
