I understand that the highest bid will be the one selected. I further understand that the weeks are sold on a cash basis and any mortgage must be arranged by me. For RCI exchange, a Studio is considered maximum occupancy of 4 and private occupancy of 2. A 1-Bedroom unit is considered maximum occupancy of 6 and private occupancy of 4.
