Interval weeks will be sold for cash only, no mortgage. Maintenance/Replacement fees will be due in 2009. The Minimum acceptable bid for a RED week is $1,000, for a WHITE week $750 and for a BLUE week $500. BIDS FROM NON-MEMBERS ARE WELCOMED
